By using stickshop.ph or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They limit our liability, define ownership of artwork, and explain how disputes are resolved.
StickShop is operated as a sole-proprietor business in the Philippines. DTI Business Name Certificate, BIR registration, and Mayor's permit are filed (or in the process thereof) under the proprietor's name; full registration details available on request.
You warrant that you own (or have permission to use) every image, font, brand mark, and likeness you upload. You retain copyright in your designs; you grant StickShop a limited, non-exclusive license to print, ship, and display the design solely as needed to produce your order.
You agree to indemnify StickShop against any claim arising from artwork you submitted. We may decline to print designs we believe infringe third-party rights, are misleading, or violate Philippine law.
See our Refund & Reprint Policy for the full 7-day Sticky Promise and the auto-resolution matrix.
Our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. StickShop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from use of our products or site. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that submit fraudulent payments, repeatedly file unwarranted refund requests, or upload artwork in violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by Philippine law. Any disputes shall be brought before the appropriate court in Makati City, Metro Manila.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the site and emailed to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect.
