By using stickshop.ph or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Read carefully — they limit our liability and govern how disputes are resolved.
Orders & pricing
- All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and inclusive of 12% VAT.
- An order is confirmed only after payment is received and the design is approved.
- We reserve the right to refuse orders containing copyrighted, trademarked, hateful, or illegal designs.
Custom design ownership
You warrant that you own (or have permission to use) every image you upload. You retain copyright in your designs; we receive a limited license to print and ship them. We may decline to print designs we believe infringe third-party rights.
Production & shipping
- Production: 5-10 business days after design approval.
- Shipping: 4-10 business days from China to the Philippines, then local delivery.
- Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Philippine law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Makati City.
