Because every custom sticker is printed for one specific order, we can't accept generic returns on those. But we'll always replace or refund anything that's damaged, defective, or wrong — see the Refund & Reprint Policy for the full matrix.

Custom designs (your artwork)

  • No buyer's-remorse returns — your artwork has no resale value to anyone else.
  • Defective / damaged / wrong = covered by the 7-day Sticky Promise.

Stock catalog items

  • Returnable within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging.
  • Refund = order amount minus a ₱50 restocking fee.
  • Customer pays return shipping (we'll provide a label at our cost basis if you prefer).

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@stickshop.ph with your order number.
  2. Include a photo of the unopened packaging.
  3. We'll reply with shipping instructions within 24 hours.
