Every sticker is custom-printed in our supply chain, but quality is on us. Here's the promise — short, clear, and the same every time.
The 7-day Sticky Promise
You have 7 days from deliveryto flag any of the following. We'll either reprint at our cost, refund you, or both — depending on the order size.
What we cover
- Damaged in transit — torn, crushed, peeled, or otherwise unusable.
- Wrong product — different design, size, material, finish, or quantity than what you ordered.
- Print quality — blurry, pixelated, or off-color prints (we're responsible if we accepted a low-resolution file we shouldn't have).
- Lost in transit — no carrier scans for 25+ days after we ship. We auto-reprint, no questions.
What we don't cover
- Custom design buyer's remorse — once it's printed with your artwork, it has no resale value, so we can't take it back. Please double-check your proof before approving.
- Errors in artwork you uploaded — typos, layout issues, low resolution we flagged. We print what you approve.
- Slight color variation — up to ±5% from your approved digital proof, due to inherent print-vs-screen differences.
How automatic resolution works
When you submit a request with a clear photo, our system runs a verification check instantly. Based on order size, the resolution is:
- Order under ₱1,000 → auto-reprint + 20% off your next order.
- Order ₱1,000–₱2,000 → auto-reprint, no extra discount.
- Order over ₱2,000 → reviewed by Michael personally within 1 hour.
- Print-quality issues caused by us → auto-reprint + 50% off next order.
How to request
- Visit stickshop.ph/refund or email hello@stickshop.ph within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and 1–2 clear photos of the issue.
- For most cases, you'll get an automatic decision in under 5 minutes. Edge cases get a human reply within 1 hour.
How refunds reach you
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via PayMongo. Bank cards typically post in 5–10 business days; e-wallets (GCash, Maya, QRPh) within 24–48 hours.
Stock catalog "change of mind"
If you ordered a non-custom item from our stock catalog and changed your mind, return it unopened within 7 days for a refund minus a ₱50 restock fee. Customer pays return shipping.
