Refund Policy

Custom stickers are made-to-order, but we still stand behind quality. Here's when we'll refund or replace:

We'll refund or replace if

  • The stickers arrive damaged or defective (e.g., printing errors, peeling, miscut).
  • You receive the wrong product (different design, size, material, or quantity).
  • Your package never arrives within 21 business days of dispatch.

We can't refund

  • Changes of mind after production has started (designs are custom-printed).
  • Errors in the design files you uploaded (we print exactly what you submit).
  • Slight color variations between screen and print (within ±5% of approved proof).

How to request

  1. Email hello@stickshop.ph within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
  3. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Auto-refunds

Refund requests under ₱500 for clearly defective items are auto-approved. Larger amounts are reviewed by our team.
