Glitter vinyl embeds fine sparkle flakes beneath a smooth laminate, so you get the shimmer without the craft-glitter shedding: the surface is completely flat and sealed. Under direct light the flakes read as tiny bright points rather than a uniform sheen, which flatters playful and celebratory artwork.
It is our densest specialty film at roughly 100 microns, waterproof like all our vinyls, and rated for the same 2 to 3 years outdoors. Because the flakes add visual noise, small text below about 8 points can lose crispness; keep type bold on glitter.
Glitter carries about a 40 percent premium over standard vinyl and is the top pick in our order book for event favors, kids brands, and holiday packaging.
No. The flakes are sealed inside the laminate, so the surface is smooth and nothing rubs off, unlike craft glitter.
Bold text 8 points and larger stays crisp. Fine serif text or thin line art can get lost in the sparkle; we flag it during the design check if yours is borderline.
